Blueberry Banana Smoothie with Summerhill Goat Milk

Kick off the New Year with this healthy and simple breakfast smoothie!  Fresh fruit and goat milk are a great way to start the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas

     

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 Cup Summerhill Goat Milk

  • 1 Tbsp. Honey

  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

How to Make It

 

-Blend all ingredients together on high in a blender until smooth and creamy, add more milk if needed for desired consistency.

-Top with your favorite granola or add fresh fruit and honey for some more sweetness!
