Maple Oatmeal Cookies

Embrace fall flavors with some warm maple oatmeal cookies frosted with Summerhill Goat Milk and sugar icing! 

Ingredients for Cookie

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 3/4 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Butter, softened

Ingredients for Icing

  • 3 tbsp. Summerhill Goat Milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp. Maple Syrup

How to Make It

 

Cookies

  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees; line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix butter and sugars on medium high until light and fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, just until combined.
  • Add maple syrup and vanilla.
  • Mix all dry ingredients, and add them to batter slowly until just combined.
  • Roll cookie dough into 1 – 1 1/2 inch balls and place on cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 11-13 minutes, and let cool completely before icing.
 

Icing

  • Mix all icing ingredients in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip the top of the cookies into the Icing.
  • Let cool and ENJOY!
