- ¼ cup ricotta
- 1 cup Summerhill Goat Milk
- 1 Tablespoon raw, unfiltered honey
- 2 cups frozen peaches, nectarines, or mangos
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 Tablespoon ground flax seed
- 1 Tablespoon almond butter
