Vanilla Goat Milk Custard

A rich vanilla custard made with wholesome, natural Summerhill Goat Milk. A family favorite!


  • 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 cups Summerhill Goat Milk
  • ¼ cup egg whites

How to Make It

Step 1

Mix cornstarch and sweetener in a heavy saucepan. Blend in egg yolks. Heat on low and stir until well mixed.

Step 2

Slowly add goat milk, stirring constantly and increase temperature. Continue to stir and heat pudding until it boils.

Step 3

Once the pudding begins to boil, remove from the heat and chill.

Step 4

Just before serving, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold the egg whites into pudding.

Step 5

Top with fresh berries and serve immediately. Enjoy!
