I appreciate that you farm cleanly, renewably and humanely, and keep things as simple as possible.
I greatly appreciate that you don't homogenize your milk. I love being able to strain off the cream and I use it in all sorts of ways. It seems so nice and natural this way. I avoid processed foods as much as possible, and if I could afford it I'd buy raw milk, but it's just too expensive.
I buy two of your half-gallon bottles per week, and I appreciate that the price is attainable.
Anyway, I just wanted to write to say how much I appreciate your wonderful delicious goat milk and please don't ever stop producing it!
